If I opt in, will Air France receive data from my Messenger app?

How does Air France know whether I use the Facebook Messenger app?

The Messenger plug-in relies on Facebook cookies. If you have logged in to Facebook or Messenger on the device you are using to book your ticket in the past 90 days, you will see the Messenger plug-in. What do I do if the Facebook Messenger icon doesn't show me or my name?

To change the Facebook Messenger profile that appears, click on the link that prompts you to change the profile that you would like to send your documents to.

If I opt in once, will I receive my boarding pass for all future flights?

No. When you opt in, it is for the flight you are currently booking only. For future flights, remember to check the ‘opt-in’ box!
